From first conversation to support after launch
A clear delivery process — understand, design, build, launch, train and support — keeps the work visible from the first discussion through to use.

Technology projects go wrong when the work is treated as finished at the moment the software is installed. Users still need to know how to operate it, data still needs to move from the old process, and someone still needs to look after the system afterwards.
Rogaal uses a six-stage method so those steps are planned, not added at the end:
- Understand — learn about the current process and agree what needs to improve.
- Design — plan the system and review the approach with your team.
- Build — develop and demonstrate the work in agreed stages.
- Launch — prepare the system, users and data for deployment.
- Train — help users and administrators operate it.
- Support — provide the maintenance and improvements agreed for the project.
The same idea applies whether the engagement is advisory, a defined build, managed hosting or specialists working alongside your team. Scope, responsibilities and reviews should be agreed openly, and support should be part of the plan rather than an afterthought.
